Yesterday's Loyalist PR students took it outside for some ultimate frisbee (see right) -- and together we learned 10 things that will help us out in the year to come:1. Sometimes you've gotta dive for what you want.
2. Get in the game.
3. Teamwork matters.
4. Look before you lunge.
5. Everyone has a part to play.
6. Winning is sweet.
7. Losing sucks; but at least we can learn from it.
8. Pay attention to your teammates' strengths -- and play them up.
9. Play nice.
10. Have fun!

woooo ultimate! thanks to all who got involved, players, coaches and scorekeepers! I had an awesome time, and our class is definitely gifted in the skills of ultimate frisbee. thanks Kerry for letting me organize the game, a great team-working activity! maybe game two next semester when the weathers nice?!?
